I (the "Talent") hereby grant to Vitality Entertainment Limited (the "Production Company") and its successors unrestricted right to:

1. Record my likeness, performance, and voice through cinematic photography (video) and still photography.
2. Use, reuse, publish, and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video images, in any and all media now or hereafter known (including but not limited to film, television, internet, and social media).
3. Use my likeness and voice for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not limited to) illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade.
