Statement from the CEO:

"Over the last few days, we have experienced technical difficulties beyond our control, which has caused a number of issues with our emails and contact system. Firstly, I would like to apologise personally for all those who this relates to. This is due to trouble shooting with an outside service provider. We are working with them to apply a fix, however we are aware that we are seeing a lot of traffic at the moment, and we have fallen short of your expectations and we are sorry.
